1. Instrucion
Single Cylinder Hydraulic Cone Crusher (crushing machine) is in the digestion and adsorption of advanced crushing technology in the world today, on the basis of optimal design of perfectly combining the swing frequency, eccentricity and crushing cavity type. It makes the finished product material level higher. The material level which less than the tight side discharging opening is more than 80%. So it can improve the processing capacity of producing line subsequent handling, and reduce the comprehensive energy consumption.
2. Advantages
Disadvantage of traditional spring cone crusher
1. The main spindle adopts the single supporting structure, with smaller bearing crushing force, with larger eccentric angle, with worse stability. The adjusting structure of protect device and discharging port are too complicated, with too many out-hanging parts.
2. The crushing cavity type, swing speed, and eccentricity are without being optimized. It cannot realize the laminating crushing, so the processing capacity is very low, the electric consumption of per Ton is very high, the shape of finishing product is not good.3. 5. The spring protect function cannot realize the quantitative control. The shaking is very strong when reset, the machine is easily been destroyed.
6. The water supply pipe and drain pipe of water sealed dust system can be easily jammed. And the water and oil are easily been mixed together.
